Okmetic co-operates regularly with personnel representatives. New forms of co-operation are developed in accordance with changes in the operating environment. The requirements for co-operation vary from country to country. In its human resource work, Okmetic takes into account the cultural circumstances and working life rules in different countries. In Finland employment legislation and collective agreements are more extensive than in many other countries. We have long traditions in HR work and co-operation with personnel on our Vantaa site.
